About Us
Teak Polymer Composites was established in 2018 as a joint venture between PT. Resindo Compounding Technologies and PT. Nagaemas. We share production facilities with PT. Resindo Compounding Technologies. The company specializes in producing WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) profiles, mainly for the construction market in Indonesia. In addition to serving the local market, we also create custom extrusion products for export.
Our factory is located in Tangerang, Jatake. The facility covers 7,000 square meters and is where we produce both WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) compounds and extruded profiles. All our compounds are made using Resindo’s Italian ICMA compounding line. TPC operates three extrusion lines dedicated to WPC production. Currently, our factory has a total capacity of around 120 tons of extruded products per month. This output is expected to increase in the future, as our current machinery can produce up to 360 tons of WPC compound monthly.
In addition to the main production lines, our facility includes a test line for extrusion, an injection molder, and a fully equipped laboratory. These allow us to test and refine our products and compounds to ensure quality and performance.
Resindo specializes in creating thermoplastic compounds and composites. They develop and produce thermoplastic-based materials, offering services like toll compounding (custom processing), standard compounds from their own product line, and custom-made compounds designed to meet specific customer requirements.
