Teak Polymer Composites
Teak Polymer composites specialize in the manufacturing of Wood Plastic Composites (WPC). We do so by creating a mixture of recycled wood dust from the furniture industry, or nowadays also with Rice Husk as a side stream from agriculture. Together with some performance additives we create a compound that is extremely versatile and can be extruded into several WPC profiles.
Our products range from simple decking to more complex applications such as components for doors and fire-retardant wall cladding. Our customers vary from distributors and contractors to other manufacturers that use our composites in their final products. Our special compound results in a WPC that is very strong and can therefore carry significant weight.

Made out of almost 90% recycled material, thereby also 100% recyclable in our facility.

When well maintained can last decades, giving it a longer life span as compared to wooden decks.
Sustainable
The recycled wood content avoids fresh logging and the recycled HDPE avoids additional CO2 emissions.
